My
name is Joel Radman. I have
specialized in Masonry Estimating for 14 years. I have worked for 2 different ENR Ranked top 600 Specialty
Contractors, and 2 different ENR ranked top 50 General Contractors. I have a Bachelor of Science in
Building Construction from Auburn University and a Master of Science in
Construction Management from Texas A&M University. I am happy to help you with your
masonry estimating. Some of my
clients have one or more full time estimators, but still need some extra help
to bid everything they are interested in.
Some of my clients don’t have a full time estimator, and the owner of
the company does it when he has time.
They use my service because of my expertise, and also because it gives
them more time to do other things.

can provide accurate detailed estimates for materials and labor broken out by
area or floor. Simply contact me to
discuss the project(s) that you want me to bid, then send me the drawings and I
can get to work on your estimate.

I use MC2 estimating software for
concrete estimates.

estimates.

project. (Unless everyone agrees
upfront and splits estimating costs equally)
